Well, there exists snapshot.debian.net, which will let you attempt to find out for sure. http://snapshot.debian.net/ 4.2.1-9 was released on Monday, 26 June, so I'd check around 25 June for the snapshot of unstable with 4.2.1-8 in it. -- G.
