Hi, I manually tried i810, and cirrus (which the log file seemed keen on 
:}). the config attached is what XFree86 -configure made.. but thanks 
for the feedback.

It's great that 4.3.0 is close - is that a X pre-release, or a 
debian/unstable pre-release?

(i.e. is it worth my sucking down CVS and building just the server?)
