nasty CVS directories all over 4.3.0 .orig.tar.gz

Ugh, nasty nasty.

DanielS, consider yourself smacked around with a mackarel.  (Never heard
of "cvs export"?)

I'm going to regenerate the xfree86_4.3.0.orig.tar.gz at some point to
strip out those silly CVS directories.

Any objections?
