Bug#189936: xdm: Given #189934 it might be a good idea to disable xconsole in xdm sessions.

 Given the memory problem reported in 189934, it might be worth not
starting an xconsole on xdm displays, or at least ensuring that it
quit before the user's session starts, as this will stop large amounts
of memory disappearing without knowing where it has gone.
