Bug#178812: xterm keybinding resource misfeature

I just figured out the cause of something that's been nagging at the
back of my mind for a while; resource-based keybindings (such as
<shift>Prior/Next for scrolling) don't work when the mouse cursor
is over the scrollbar, instead the keys generate their default
strings.

Some random older xterm on a Sun/Solars box doesn't do this, so I
suspect it came with the colour support.
