Bug#170749: fontconfig and garnome

Hi,

it seems that I have same problem with xftcache.
Moreover there is some strange things depending on version
of fontconfig. Something like that:

kappa:/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts# export 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/X11R6/lib/:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
kappa:/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts# dpkg-reconfigure xfonts-scalable
Running update-fonts-scale in Speedo font directory...done.
Running update-fonts-dir in Speedo font directory...done.
Running xftcache in Speedo font directory...done.
Running update-fonts-scale in Type1 font directory...done.
Running update-fonts-dir in Type1 font directory...done.
Running xftcache in Type1 font directory...done.
kappa:/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts# export 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/garnome/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
kappa:/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts# dpkg-reconfigure xfonts-scalable
Running update-fonts-scale in Speedo font directory...done.
Running update-fonts-dir in Speedo font directory...done.
Running xftcache in Speedo font directory...Can't scan directory 
"/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo"
kappa:/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts#

Garnome 0.20.0 compiled with gcc3.2 works pretty fine.

kappa:/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts# cat 
/home/kva/garnome-0.20.0/misc/fontconfig/checksums
2f2852c80924a9b5356c3037a471c1a1  download/fcpackage.2_1.tar.gz
