Bug#167495: xterm: /etc/X11/app-defaults/XTerm-color shouldn't define unnecessary resources

I have :

*VT100*color4: SteelBlue1
*VT100*color12: DodgerBlue1

in my .Xdefaults file. I know there is another ressource file you may
want to use in priority to this one, but it works fine for what you
want.
