XFree86 4.2.0-0pre1v3 build failure on m68k

Building a static (i.e., non-modularized) XFree86 X server has failed on
the m68k architecture as well as SPARC. i386, Alpha, and ia64 are okay.

Here's the m68k failure:

Any assistance tracking this problem down would be appreciated. It's probably
just poor #ifdef placement.
