Hrm. Shouldn't dpkg-shlibdeps use the shlibs files of the building
libraries (thanks to -l), rather than the ones on the system?

I'm, uh, kinda stuck on how to fix this. Of course, if I rebuild with a
pre-release installed, this problem won't happen, but that won't help the
autobuilders.
