fresh install of xlibs fails (still app-defaults)
Fresh install of xlibs is not possible in testing at the moment (powerpc
architecture if that matters):

message(s) to <debian-x@lists.debian.org>.
dpkg: error processing xlibs (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
This time, it's tgif (4.1.25-3) that installs its file under this
directory. Should I report it as a bug in tgif?
xlibs and tgif were unpacked in one go, maybe the problem lies there (so
xlibs preinst didn't notice because at that moment the directory did not
exist)?
