[Debian-X] XFree 4.1.0 blocks sometimes on NeoMagic

Hello,
I've got a strange problem. Since I've upgraded from 3.3 to 4.1.0 it sometimes freeze when calling startx. This happens not regulary, whitout changing anything in the config it blocked perhaps twice every two weeks. As far as I can remeber it did not happen with 3.3.x but I had some performance problems so I upgrade to 4.x whick works fine...

When XFree freezes I've got a black screen and per ssh I see that the task is at 100% cpu

The strange thing is that after a couple of hours it works again, without changing anything ??

Perhaps someone had the same problems with his laptop.
Her is my configuration :
- Siemens 510 Laptop, Kernel 2.4.9, XFree 4.1.0, debian (woody)
- Chip is a NeoMagic 128XD (NM2160) 2MByte of RAM

Here is the log after it freezed once :
