obsoleted "register-window-manager" (Re: debhelper and dh_installwm)

Hi.

Well, asclassic has been with newer scheme of update-alternatives for months.
It only has the older scheme also as a way of insurance, because when it was
uploaded, the file /etc/X11/window-managers DID have the priority.
If the newer scheme are prefered at that time in fact, I had removed
the obsoleted command from maintainer scripts for it.

By the way, I found "afterstep" package has not been uploaded recently,
and the current version (1.6.10-1) does have the obsoleted
"register-window-manager" command in postint/postrm.

(The changelog.Debian shows the date "Sun, 14 Feb 1999" for 1.6.10-1,
but it is uploaded at "Mon, 5 Jul 1999", from the mailing list archive.

# from <http://www.afterstep.org/Download.shtml>, the most current stable
# version of afterstep is 1.8.0. Packages for LinuxPPC and RedHat can be
# downloaded from there.

As you can get it easily, it does not have update-alternatives at all
in the maintainer-scripts for it.

I tried to inform the maintainer "nels0988@tc.umn.edu" (Jonathon D. Nelson)
about the Bug#59534, but my mail to him got returned with the error message,
maybe he can not work at the present. I found some of his packages were
listed at RCB lists, and they has been NMUed by someone else.

Do you think that we need to source NMU for afterstep to remove
the obsoleted command and add the newer scheme on its maintainer scripts ?
