The Reproducible Builds documentation [1] contains a broken link to create the chroot [2].

I haven't been able to find a duplicated bug for it.

The links you are providing are pages in the Debian Wiki. The wiki can be edited by everybody. Please do so and improve the documentation accordingly! You should be able to edit those pages once you register yourself on the wiki.
