releases older than bo" but there are in fact binaries for rex and buzz at
https://archive.debian.org/debian-archive/debian/dists/
Also, "As time goes on we will expire the binary packages for old releases."
seems obsolete now that archive.debian.org exists.
Probably that whole paragraph should just be deleted.
