download file forbidden

Good morning

I tried to download  qcad 

https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20060824T000000Z/pool/main/q/qcad/qcad_2.0.5.0-1-2_amd64.deb

and this was answer:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Apache Server at snapshot.debian.org Port 80

This file and too source and diff files cannot be  downloaded.

I tried to download other files and this is working.

Can You answer me  or repair it  please ?
