So, since debian-policy 3.9.7 there is a document describing
autopkgtest.  I'd like having this reachable through www.d.o as all the
other policy documents already are.

Julien Cristau pointed me to
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/debwww/cron.git/tree/parts/7doc#n314 So
I'm going to guess that's all needed is some addition to that script.

I don't have a particular opinion on where this/these file(s) should be.

This will be available in a few hours after the next build of this web page.
