Bug#1037488: www.debian.org: drop static/packages-site.css entirely?

Hi,

Spotted while working on #1037479, static/packages-site.css hardcodes
suite names. But digging a little deeper, it doesn't seem to be imported
anymore, after the huge redesign:

    Date:   Thu Oct 28 16:26:15 2010 +0200

Probably best to finally drop it, to avoid wasting more brain time on
suite updates (for that particular file)?
