Suggestion: replacing URL link of disabled service

Hi Debian WWW team,

on the webpage https://packages.debian.org/index, a link to the Debian 
package archive is provided.  Currently, this points to a webpages that 
is marked as disabled service.

Please, replace the link with a working target.  I'd suggest the 
following replacement:

  old: https://archive.debian.net/

  new: https://archive.debian.org/

As an alternative, the link may also direct to 
https://www.debian.org/distrib/archive
