At http://www.debian.org/logos/ towards the bottom of the page, there is 
a section titled "Other promotional images".  Only one of those images 
have a license stated.

A long time ago we have tried to get the license information, but
din't got a response for all logos. We have licenses for most of them.

There's no need to have a license information for every logo,
image, pic,... on our website. Therefore I'm closing this bug.
