Indeed.
I have removed the old html files in www-master's /srv/www.debian.org/webwml/spanish/devel/website/stats as a test, if they are re-generated and updated I'll do the same for the rest of the languages.
If that does not work, I'll follow up here and the Bug#1017109 asking for help to fix the Makefile.
