Bug#1012511: www.debian.org: securing-debian-manual mentions "nessus" which has been removed from Debian due to license issues in 2009

Package: www.debian.org
Severity: important

Hi,

https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/securing-debian-manual/sec-tools.en.html
mentions "nessus" as being part of Debian (and actually even recommends
it) despite nessus has been removed from Debian due to license issues
back in 2009:

https://bugs.debian.org/534501

Additionally this sentence should be removed completely from the same
chapter as it's a topic of the past, not the future anymore:

»This software, due to export restrictions in the US, was not
distributed along with the main distribution but included only in non-US
sites.«

I've X-Debbugs-Cc'ed Javier Fernández-Sanguino Peña as the author of the
securing-debian-manual. By chance he was also the package maintainer of
nessus and the one who requested its removal.

Setting severity to important as this is kinda indirect DFSG
violation. ;-)
