Dear Maintainer,
the article at https://wiki.debian.org/LightDM seems to be missing a key piece
of information when it comes to autologin.
Autologin, in my experience, does not work in lightdm without being a member of
the "autologin" group.
For example thru
# groupadd -r autologin
# gpasswd -a username autologin
Finding this information was quite difficult, so having it here would be
helpful.
