Debian 9, 10 and 11 are all supported to some degree: 8 is the newest version
that is out of support and thus in the archive.

contains 9.13, 10.10 and 11.

This question might be better asked on debian-user: debian-www is used
primarily for problems with the website and for the team maintaining it.
