The mirror list is managed by the mirror team at
https://salsa.debian.org/mirror-team/masterlist
The web team does not edit these entries. I guess you have to create a
MR for this git repo.
During the next build of the web pages some script in the web space
will then fetch the current mirror list and generate the web pages.
