The Debian installer is available for download from the Debian website:

https://www.debian.org/distrib/
You can then write it to a USB stick (or CD/DVD).

We don't yet have any vendors of physical Debian installation media in
Saudi Arabia. The closest ones are in Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey.
