It appears there aren't any mailing lists for the D team any more so
remove them, but I found a couple of other links that could be added:

The first one should replace the "Git repository" link. The second one
can be a new "Debian D team packages" link.
Thanks Paul. I put in the links with the names you suggested. I also removed the two links to the non-existent mailing lists, and replaced them with "None known". I'm not sure if that's the most helpful thing to do, but i think it is better than non-working links.
