invalid link - /intro/about.wml

Dear Debian webmaster team,

I am not sure if this is the right way to report bug/invalid link. If I am supposed to list a bug through bugtracking system, can you please direct me to a package on which I should make the bug?

There is a invalid link on intro/about.wml on line 145,

leading to a sad info:
