unfortunately I can confirm the behavior that the mentioned DSA isn't
visible on the current start page.
But I wont spent much time into this as we wanted to switch to the new
reworked start page in the next weeks.
The DSA is visible on the security entry page and people are encouraged
to subscribe toe the security announcement list, in my eyes nothing is lost.
