Debian does not include non-free firmware in official installation media, and you can download unoficial CD/DVD with non-free firmware in https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/, as stated in the installation manual (https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/amd64/ch06s04). Alternatively you can use the full DVD image to finish installation and setup wireless network (using .deb downloaded from a Debian mirror on another computer) later.
