Hello,

after a discussion on Debian Project list it seems reasonable to mention
AppStream project on the Debian Website either at the front page or at
least one click away from it. Reasonable links are given here:

   http://lists.debian.org/debian-project/2011/04/msg00054.html

by Enrico Zini. Thanks to Enrico for his work on this topic and for
sure thanks for maintaining www.debian.org

     Andreas.

Today we discussed in a web team work session during debconf if it's
worth to put a link to appstream on the Debian webpage. We agreed no to
add this link. Therefore closing this bug.
