Some files listed twice
-----------------------

https://packages.debian.org/sid/arm64/gnupg2/filelist lists many of the
files twice.  for example, /usr/bin/gpg2 and /usr/bin/gpgconf both show
up twice.

(if it helps in the diagnosis, it looks to me like the arm64 list
actually also includes many files that aren't in the fetched package for
2.0.28, including /usr/share/locale/*/LC_MESSAGES/gnupg2.mo.

experimental "list of files" broken

https://packages.debian.org/experimental/gnupg2 has a bunch of "list of
files" links that claim "No such package in this suite on this
architecture", e.g.
https://packages.debian.org/experimental/amd64/gnupg2/filelist

If this isn't the right place to report this, please let me know where
i should contact next.

 this seems to be done since a while, I just looked at it because I did
commit something along a similar thing, but duplication shouldn't have
been there.
