 while I can't comment on what's going on there (haven't digged into it
yet), one thing confused me:

 What freeze is coming close?  Did I miss some release team update?
Last I've heard about the freeze was in april and it stated:

 * 2019-01-12 - Transition freeze

 To the best of my knowledge this hasn't changed since?  Or do you mean
that this is already a close timeframe?  Just to be sure we are speaking
of the same freeze times. :)
