[OT] Please accept minh-guest for team membership in webmaster-team

Hi,

I have 12hours left to explain Minh face to face the differences between
cvs and Git.  It would help if some team admin on Salsa could add her to
the team (I'm not sure whether her application to the team was
successful at least there was no response so far).  Her user name on
Salsa is minh-guest.
