These kind of questions are more suitable for the debian-user@ mailing list.

Or maybe the question arised while reviewing/translating a Debian web page (under www.debian.org)? If this is the case, please point us to the specific page and maybe we can try to review the wording to make it better, or add some comment as hint for translators :-)
