Bug#891240: Clarification about debian maintainer list

Maybe that link should pint to https://nm.debian.org/public/people/dm_all

And maybe remove that "together with the packages they maintain", and
add another sentence X, pointing to www.debian.org/devel/people. X being
an accurate description of... what we gather and save in
And what do we gather and save in people.names?
our cron scripts point to
echo "re-creating people.names file..."
./people.pl data/*/*.Packages* data/*.Sources* > people.names.new
and people.pl script is here
Being the first time I see the script, I'll stop here for now, hopefully
some other friend that knows the script better can explain or update or fix.
If not, I'll try to put some time on this next week.
