The version should be 3.2.86-1 not 3.2.84-2:
http://security.debian.org/pool/updates/main/l/linux/
Did you do an `apt-get update` before the upgrade?
If so, this domain is backed by a DNS-based CDN, which IP address are
you connecting to?
