This seems to be a bug report relating to the fonts-vlgothic package, so
you should file it as such. debian-www is a mailing list relating to the
management of Debian's website, not for supporting the pieces of
software that might happen to be shipped in Debian.
If you need any help formulating and filing the bug report, please use
one of the support channels mentioned on https://www.debian.org/support
