Looking at the webpage you referred, and the description you
provided, looks like more an individual effort than a non-profit.
With all my respect, can you provide any other references to the "El
Chanate" non-profit?

If it's not a formal organization, I suggest to document your usage
of Debian in your own webpage, and/or your personal wiki page in
wiki.debian.org

In addition to this, https://contributors.debian.org lists the
individuals that are involved in some way in the community. Not all
the type of contributions are listed (for example, we don't track
"Debian users") but probably you can find a way to participate, and
be listed there if that is your will :)
