Bug#819664: patch on index.wml

In order to simplify the choice for the user, I suggest to provide a
link to dual architecture 32 & 64bits if it's possible instead of one
link for 32bits and another one for 64bits.

There is a .diff attached to this message based on the Laura's index.wml
to do it on installation CDs.
