I honestly never thought about it myself, but it's fairly trivial to
file a bug asking for it (and someone who has a better idea than I do
right this second of where it should go could even prepare and/or
commit a patch.

I think we have no web page in www.debian.org about the trusted
organizations.

The list of trusted organizations is maintained here:

https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Auditor/Organizations

and the SPI minutes are linked in the corresponding section (in 2011
it was updated to the current link,
http://www.spi-inc.org/meetings/minutes/

I'm closing this bug, feel free to reopen it if you consider it's
needed some other action.
