I'm not sure which sites you refer to.

If it's about the Debian wiki ( https://wiki.debian.org/Hardening or
some other page), you can edit/improve it yourself (just register an
account in https://wiki.debian.org/FrontPage?action=newaccount ).
If you don't know what should be written instead of what is not
working, you may click in "info" link in the page to know who edited
the page before, to seek help.

If you refer to the securing manual present in the website:
https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/securing-debian-howto
then please file a bug against harden-doc package (the info in the
website is autogenerated from the package).

For specific issues about the German translation, you may contact with
the German translation team:
