Debian wiki account creation error

I'm having a problem creating an account on the Debian Wiki.  The error
is:

   Account creation failed: Error 931: please contact debian-www@lists.debian.org for help if this continues.

Any idea how I can get an account on the wiki?  I'm trying to add new
info to the Bumblebee page.
