Bug#808262: www.debian.org: http://planet.debian.org/opml.xml produces an error because there is a non-escaped char " in one feed title

For what ever it is worth, I get the same error using "chromium" as well. So I don't think it is just
"Iceweasle" .
However if I use "Netsurf",it seems to take me to a "download", Is that what it is supposed to do ? It appears to be a valid link with "netsurf" and if I wanted I could download it.

Dear Planet Maintainers,

Thanks for working in planet.debian.org and its underlying software.

When I try to see the OPML feed, I got an error:

[Iceweasel] (I get the error in Spanish, translation is mine)

I think the problem is, as Iceweasel error shows, that the " chars in one feed
title are not escaped.

I'm not sure if this is a bug in the venus software or something particular in
planet.debian.org. I saw that the config file has only the URLs of the
corresponding feeds, so I suppose the title field is retrieved in runtime from
each blog.

Thanks Iain R. Learmonth for noticing this and reporting in #debian-www IRC
channel.
