On the CD/DVD's vendors page here <https://www.debian.org/CD/vendors/>, the last vendor based in South Africa does not have a valid existing domain name anymore and I suggest your remove it. This is the no-longer existing Vendor's domain name: http://www.linuxos.co.za/
