There is 
	Release-Team — <debian-release@lists.debian.org>
under http://www.debian.org/intro/organization#release-team.
That should be fine.


Regarding the quoted links: the last one to the "releases" webpage is 
probably worth to change:
It has a link "Stable Release Team", which points to 
https://www.debian.org/intro/organization#distribution
That should be changed into
https://www.debian.org/intro/organization#release-team

That should be enough to close this bug.

Will commit the above, if noone objects.
