Currently, we use MHonArc for providing the messages sent to the
mailing lists info html format and the e-mail transformation is doable
with configuration:
'ADDRESSMODIFYCODE defines Perl expressions to apply to addresses in
message headers'. We probably need to provide the same set up to
MAILTOURL.
