Account creation failed

Hi.

I wanted to create account on wiki.debian.org because article on installation Debian on HP 840 G1 laptop was missing some informations about modem, and in case of Debian 8 is out of date.

During account creation after I press submit button this message appears:

"Account creation failed: Error 944: please contact debian-www@lists.debian.org for help if this continues."

Can You help me with this problem?
