Lists of files repeat on https://packages.debian.org/

While investigating the choice between Qt4 and Qt5 I noticed that for all
packages I looked at, the "File list" of these packages repeats. I looked
at
https://packages.debian.org/wheezy-backports/amd64/qt5-default/filelist
https://packages.debian.org/wheezy-backports/amd64/qtchooser/filelist
https://packages.debian.org/wheezy-backports/amd64/qt5-image-formats-plugins/filelist
https://packages.debian.org/wheezy-backports/amd64/qt5-qmake/filelist
but the problem may also be present elsewhere.
