Vietnamese translation for "Debian Project mourns the loss of Clytie Siddall"

Hi,

attached you can find a Vietnamese translation for the said news page. While I noticed that we do not seem to have any Vietnamese webpages at all (at least I have not seen a vietnamese translation of the main index page) I wonder whether we can put the attached text somehow online. I personally do not feel qualified with special characters as in the attached document - so I hope anybody can process the attached translation.

here is a link to a sad story about a Vietnamese contributor to the project I'm strongly involved in to create a Free Operating system (called Debian Linux). The thing is that she practically was not "a" contributor but "the" contributor - we do not even have a Vietnamese translation of this page. :-(
