packages.debian.org does not serve any .deb files, those come from the
mirror you choose. Debian does not control the mime types delivered by
our mirror operators.

It would make sense, however this is a very new mime type that was
only recently registered and may not have support everywhere yet.
Since most servers and mirror operators run Debian stable or another
OS it will probably not be delivered on any of them until at least
next year and most likely a fair bit longer.
